Job Role: Business Development Executive (Full time, Permanent) / Counselor
Job Summary :
1.For The Position: Business Development Executive (Full time, Permanent)
Essential Attributes:
• Willingness to travel extensively.
• Good oral & written communication.
• Must be a go getter and a self starter with high energy levels.
• Ability to work against challenging targets.
• Excellent rapport building & interpersonal abilities.
• Good exposure to MS office and internet.
• Basic awareness about training concepts and IT market
• Knowledge of Tamil is essential
Desirable Attributes:
• Knowledge of Hindi & Telugu will be an added advantage.
Job Description
Studying the market trends for launch of new business offerings and development of existing offerings.
• Preparing business proposals, presentations and other promotional materials.
• Sourcing of customer/client information through various channels such as database, portals, vendors, referrals, social & professional networks etc.
• Identifying novel sourcing channels and building relationship with new customers.
• Maintaining and updating the customer database.
• Meeting clients/customers to offer business presentations and clinching business deals.
• Identifying new marketing strategies for promoting our various business offerings.
• Identifying various brand promotional strategies in consultation with the management for enhanced promotion of the brand.
• Providing periodical reports to the management about the various business development activities.
Remuneration: 1 – 1.8 Lakhs per annum

2.For The Position: Counselor
• Only female candidate is eligible
• Generation of Lead / Enquiry.
• Tele-calling Leads / Enquiries generated from various sources, obtaining Confirmations & ensuring their Attendance.
• Take effective Presentation to Enquiries.
• Counseling & converting the Enquiry to enroll for our Program.
• Willing to meet corporate clients.
• MIS Reports.
Desirable Attributes:
• Excellent Communication and written skills.
• Presentation skills
• Person should have worked with customer friendly and service oriented.
Note:
No Targets
Work time : 9am to 6Pm
