Job Description:
Client is looking for Senior Business Analysts.
The projects include upgrades to Healthcare portals that are used by
physicians and other health care staff and connects with electronic
medical record.
The positions will be responsible for eliciting, documenting and
prioritizing business requirements (some in an Agile team setting).
Additional responsibilities include facilitating requirements
sessions, testing/communicating changes needed to development staff.
Business Analyst experience within the clinic or hospital setting
required.
Highly Required Skills:-
*4 Years of experience in BS in business or computer science field is
required.
*3 Years of experience in Complete understanding of SDLC is
required.
*5 Years of experience in Excellent verbal and written communication
skills is required.
*3 Years of experience in Agile development methodologies Desired
*5 Years of experience in Strong analytical skills and business acumen
required.
*3 Years of experience in Business Analyst experience within the
clinic or hospital setting required.
*5 Years of experience in Strong problem solving and negotiation
skills required.
*3 Years of experience in web application development required.
*3 Years of experience in Proficient with MS Word, Excel and Visio
required.
*3 Years of experience in business intelligence and reporting
applications required.
*5+ Years of experience in direct experience in the healthcare
industry required.
