Mathematical analysis and performance evaluation of proposed algorithms/techniques/schemes using simulators

Propose design, defend and implement new applications/solutions

Actively identify & pursue application of concept to existing products & solutions

Actively identify & resolve long pending technical blockers

Should be able to quickly pickup required development skills

Should be able to develop independently and in team

Review code changes and design proposals from team members

Should be a key contributor.

Should be able to work with/influence the customers/team members, as and when needed.
