Assisting the US customers in resolving the technical issues which are related to PC's

Good at Using the Outlook Express

Installation/Un installation of software’s

PC troubleshooting

Advanced Computer Knowledge

A Technical Certification will be an added advantage

People those who are already into Technical support are preferred

Willing to work in Night Shifts

Excellent Communication Skills

II.Position: Sales Executives (Technical Support)

Any Graduate B.E/B.Tech/ MCA's

Good at Using the Microsoft Office
