Roles & Responsibility:

As Creative Web Designer, we want to recruit a motivated team member who can take responsibility for the visual impact and functionality of our websites as we develop our online offering. This will involve the design elements of our 9 websites, plus client-specific email marketing campaigns. You will work closely with the Production and Editorial teams in the UK, Dubai and Bangalore. *    Set up email campaigns in the email marketing management tools - Interspire, based on business requirements, and implement them per schedules
*    Proactively set up processes and reporting, and monitor these to make sure that emails are going out as planned and when not, communicate to appropriate stakeholders.
*    Provide email campaign statistics to production team/ client.
*    Knowledge of Microsoft Excel / CSV to customize email lists.
*    Stay current with best practices and recommend new ideas and solutions to the email marketing team.
*    Create solutions in a structured manner, according to specifications and using best practice techniques
*    Develop own HTML/ creative work as well as work provided by clients
*    Knowledge of absolute and relative image links
*    Knowledge of cross-email-client (Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, Outlook) HTML compatibility required
*    Familiarity with best practices for email marketing such as CAN-SPAM, effective subject line copy
*    Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite 3
