Job Summary :

OPEN POSITIONS: SAP BASIS Technical Leads:

ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE - SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

2+ years direct experience administrating SAP applications (i.e. SAP Basis, Portal, BW, Net weaver, etc.)

SAP Basis and Security – hands on installation and maintenance.

Technically fluent in UNIX and Oracle/DB2 database administration (Mandatory).

Should be able to install and rebuild complete environments independently (ECC, BI, SR, CRM, Portals, etc.) therefore working knowledge of multiple and various SAP environments is important.

Should be able to apply SAP patches and setup various connections and interfaces.

Installation, configuration, maintenance and support of the SAP systems, including Solution Manager, SAP Net Weaver Solutions, SAP Business Suite Solutions and associated components and 3rd party tools.

Provide technical expertise for resolving escalated issues.

Participate in on-call rotation to ensure 24/7 operations of these critical systems. Participate in crisis meetings as necessary.

Maintain technical knowledge of SAP components and architecture.

Strong troubleshooting, analytical, problem-solving, conceptual and performance tuning skills.

Knowledge of enterprise-level applications.

Strong knowledge of system and software quality assurance best practices and methodologies.

Should be able to operate independently with direction and expectations.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to impart ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.

Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail.

Good to have Run SAP certification.

Willing to travel within India & abroad for projects

Should be willing to work in shifts

Solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity.

Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills.

Possess excellent project management and organizational skills.

Work independently, be a self-starter.
