The candidates Should be B.E / B.Tech - 55%, B.Com & BBM - 70% (Should have average 70% in accounts subject), Any Other Graduations / Post Graduations - 60% & above.

The candidates should have excellent communication skills and verbal ability.

Candidates should have Good knowledge of computers.

Should be willing and flexible to work in Night Shifts.

Should have the knowledge of Insurance / Finance & Accounts will be preferred.

The candidate must be interested in making career in BPO Industry.
